I first trained with Rafa in 2019 when he was working at 24 Hour Fitness. Through the years I worked with several excellent trainers there but Rafa was the best. After he established his own business we reconnected and I began training with him again starting in 2020. Rafa is extremely knowledgeable about health and fitness and prepares workout sessions that are tailored to my needs. He’s intelligent, easy to work with, motivates me to do my best, and helps me stay in the best shape – adjusted for my age – that I’ve ever been in. The discipline and structure he provides are invaluable. We meet twice a week. One session is for general and strength training, and the other is for cycling interval training. Rafa is an avid cyclist, and I started cycling again in 2006. With his help I’ve significantly built up my stamina and improved my performance. Cycling is now more fun than ever. I’m so grateful for all the help he’s given me. Staying fit is essential. Good health is truly our greatest asset.
